Almost 40 years ago, Oreste Frati founded Fox Coltellerie, which we know today as Fox Knives. After gaining a wealth of experience in both production and sales, he founded his company in 1977, which has been run as a family business ever since. The great passion for innovation, through which new materials and techniques have been tested and introduced time and again, has made Fox one of the market leaders in the knife industry. In addition to the production of traditional and elegant knives, the design of state-of-the-art tactical knives for the police and military is an important pillar of Fox Knives. The certification as an official NATO supplier testifies to the seriousness with which Fox Knives also pursues this direction and has perfected it with the FKMD division.
