The brilliant inventors duo Grant & Gavin Hawk is a term for most knife fans. Their elaborate designs and sophisticated mechanisms have astonished us very often, too. Since 1995 father and son work together in Idaho on innovative knives, always looking for a way to improve something. Hawk stands for technically sophisticated designs which, despite all this, are functional and completely practical.
